Andrew Olesh flips from Michigan football to Penn State

Michigan football pulled something of a coup managing to get 2025 Central Valley (Pa.) four-star tight end Andrew Olesh to commit relatively early in the cycle, but it had to continually fend off other schools. Though Olesh himself appeared to want to go to Michigan, there appeared to be some outside pressure for him to end up at either Oregon or Penn State.

For a time, it had appeared that Olesh was going to stick with the class, but there were rumors surrounding him potentially heading West to go to Oregon. Those rumors quieted down as the Ducks were expected to get Linkon Cure to flip from Kansas State, but on signing day, Cure stuck with the Wildcats and the rumors picked back up.

However, Olesh pulled something of a curveball with his Friday announcement, ultimately opting to go to Penn State instead of either.
