EA Sports’ College Football is back for another year and launched today for full release. The Nevada Wolf Pack and its players are in this year’s game yet again with athletes now being compensated for use of their name, image and likeness. Here are Nevada’s top-rated players on the video game, which returned last season after not being released since 2014 prior to that.
Nevada’s highest-rated players
80 — C Andrew Madrigal (entering fourth year as a starter)
79 — RB Herschel Turner Jr. (transfer from Utah State who rushed for 405 yards last season)
77 — RB Caleb Ramseur (Nevada’s top returning rusher with 110 yards last season)
77 — LB Stone Combs (Nevada’s top returning tackler with 58 stops last season)
77 — WR Marcus Bellon (Nevada’s top returning pass catcher with 39 receptions for 533 yards last season)
77 — RB Ky Woods (a Texas transfer who rushed for 24 yards and had 240 kick return yards last season at Nevada)
76 — DE Dylan Labarbera (became a starter late last season, posting 31 tackles)
76 — DB Edward Rhambo (transfer from Bowling Green who had 22 tackles and an interception last season)
76 — QB Chubba Purdy (Nevada’s projected starter at quarterback entering sixth college season)
76 — RB Ashton Hayes (a former top recruit who has rushed for 135 yards in three college seasons)
75 — DT Thomas Witte (three-year starter with 34 tackles last season)
College Football 26 also gave Nevada head coach Jeff Choate a D+ coming off last season’s 3-10 record. One former Nevada player did make the game’s top-100 players list, that being OT Isaiah World, who is now at Oregon and drew a 91. This is tied for the third-highest mark among left tackles in the game.
