College football is finally back, following the short preview of games that occurred in Week 0.
A strong slate of games kicks off the 2025 season, with three top-10 matchups: Notre Dame vs. Miami, Clemson vs. LSU and Texas vs. Ohio State. There’s also other intriguing games, including Bill Belichick’s debut at North Carolina against TCU, and South Carolina taking on Virginia Tech, as Shane Beamer takes on the school where his dad became a legend.
The 2025 season appears to be wide open in the national championship race, with a slew of teams poised to contend for the title. Week 1 will give us a decent look into where some of the top-10 teams stand with the anticipated matchups.
There are only two games on Sunday, Aug. 31, but both are quite the matchups.
