Latrell Allmond, the No. 42 overall prospect in the 2026 class, remains open in his recruitment. The 6-foot-8, 225-pound standout who plays for Team Loaded (Adidas 3SSB) took an official visit to Indiana on June 17 and is in the process of locking in future dates with other schools.
“I’m still open in my recruitment,” Allmond told 247Sports. “There’s a lot of new coaches coming in. As my stock rose in June, more schools started reaching out. I haven’t really made any cuts.”
 Several other programs are pushing to get Allmond on campus in the coming months.
“New schools like UConn, Indiana, Michigan, Miami, Maryland, and even Coach Tom Izzo recently started to come along,” Allmond said. “I’m trying to work out some dates right now. A lot of schools want me to visit during football season, so we’re looking at the fall.”
