The AutoTrader EchoPark Automotive 400 NASCAR Cup Series race on July 20 at Dover Motor Speedway is back underway following a 58-minute weather delay for rain after 386 of 400 laps.
Denny Hamlin is the leader as the field was stopped under a red flag due to rain with a scattered storm cell working across the Dover area.
Hamlin stayed out on the previous caution for light rain, and held off Christopher Bell until a caution with 17 laps to go via a Ross Chastain crash. While under that caution, NASCAR displayed the red flag for rain as precipitation increased.
Sunday’s race is scheduled for 400 laps. NASCAR previously announced that the race cutoff point for darkness at 8:10 p.m. ET.
