BROOK PARK, Ohio (WOIO) – While the future location of the Browns remains tied up in the courts, the National High School Football Hall of Fame announced Saturday it will be relocating to Brook Park.
According to a release, the relocation from Canton to Brook Park will bring a state-of-the-art 40,000 square foot facility dedicated to honoring the 150-year legacy of high school football in America.
“Brook Park, already preparing for transformational growth with the Cleveland Browns’ upcoming $2 billion stadium, offers unmatched energy, accessibility, and community support. The new facility will feature immersive exhibits, cutting-edge technology, and serve as a national destination for football fans, families, schools, and sports historians alike,” the release said.
The annual induction ceremony will also be held permanently in Brook Park starting in 2026, according to a letter addressed to Brook Park Mayor Ed Orcutt.
The relocation will be officially announced at a press conference on Sunday at 4:30 p.m. at Brook Park City Hall.
