Paige Bueckers stamped her name next to Caitlin Clark in the WNBA record books. It was done in an impressive blowout win for the Dallas Wings.
Wings guard hits 300 Points, 100 Assists mark in just 19 games
On Tuesday night in Seattle, Bueckers notched her 100th career assist during the second quarter against the Seattle Storm. That assist, a dish to teammate Haley Jones, gave Bueckers a unique milestone: 300+ points and 100+ assists in her first 19 games.
Only one other player in league history has done that in so few games: Caitlin Clark.

Both rookies now share the title of fastest players to hit that mark, achieving the feat in just 19 appearances. Behind them on the list? Legends like Cynthia Cooper-Dyke, Andrea Stinson, Shannon Johnson, and Sue Bird, all of whom needed 22 games to get there.
Before Tuesday’s matchup, Bueckers was averaging 18.4 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 5.5 assists, and was coming off her first WNBA All-Star Game appearance. While the Dallas Wings have been struggling in the standings, Bueckers has continued to shine individually, quickly becoming a front-runner for Rookie of the Year.
Tuesday’s game against the Storm was part of a tough road trip for Dallas, who will next face the Golden State Valkyries on Friday night.
