Before “August” slips away, the new buyer of Taylor Swift‘s former Massachusetts village home could be enjoying the salt air with a bottle of wine.
The house, which has had an owner since Swift, was listed in May for $14.5 million. The home has now sold for $12.3 million, according to the listing.
Listing agent Robert B. Kinlin said in a statement on Facebook that the house set “the record for the highest residential sale on Cape Cod in 2025!” The statement continued, “featured on Chronicle and beloved for its views of Nantucket Sound and the Kennedy Compound, this sale proves that iconic homes still turn heads — and command top dollar.”
The singer briefly owned this Hyannis Port home in 2012 during her short romance with Conor Kennedy, the son of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

It’s a waterfront property with 200 feet of private beach. Set on an elevated 1.11-acre bluff, It has “panoramic” views across Nantucket Sound.
The home is also located within eyesight of the Kennedy Compound in Hyannis Port.

This is up from when Taylor Swift purchased the home for $4.8 million in 2012. In 2013, Swift sold the house for $5.675 million after the relationship ended.
The home has been expanded and transformed since then.
The home was originally built in 1928.
