Here are my top Pick6 plays for today’s MLB slate.
Francisco Lindor More Than 1.5 Total Bases
Francisco Lindor and the Mets have hit a massive rut in their season. They have thrown away their NL East lead and are now fighting just to stay in Wild Card contention. However, over the last couple of weeks, the pitching has been the major issue for the Mets, not the bats. Francisco Lindor is not having his best season at the plate by any means, but the Mets are losing some high-scoring games. Lindor should be able to generate an extra-base hit tonight against Bryce Elder and the Braves. Elder has a 6.12 ERA on the season and is coming off a start where he gave up five runs to Miami. Lindor has also crushed Elder in the past. Lindor is 4/7 with two doubles and a home run in his career against Elder. He should be able to get over 1.5 total bases against Elder or the struggling Braves bullpen.
Xavier Edwards More Than 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBIs
Xavier Edwards is one of the young players in Miami’s lineup who is helping them make a dramatic late push for a playoff spot. After playing great in his rookie season in 2024, Edwards is backing it up this year with another big year at the plate. Edwards has a 2.9 WAR and a 107 OPS+ through 104 games played this season. He has been dominant against right-handed pitchers like Tanner Bibee. Edwards is batting .322 against righties this season, the sixth-best mark in baseball this season. Tanner Bibee has a 4.60 ERA this season and has given up at least four earned runs in each of his past three starts. Edwards should be able to get multiple hits against Cleveland and generate some runs as well. He has 38 hits + runs + RBIs over his past 13 games and should keep that going tonight to get over this number.
Brenton Doyle More Than 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBIs
Brenton Doyle has struggled to generate power at the plate this season, but he is a great contact hitter. He has been especially strong against left-handed pitching. He is batting .326 with a .917 OPS against left-handed pitching this season. That is inside the top 12 in the MLB for both metrics this season. Doyle has a 186 tOPS+ against lefties this season, one of the most dramatic splits in all baseball. He has also been much better at Coors Field, with a 165 tOPS+ at home this season. Doyle has also caught fire in general over the past month, with a .386 batting average and a .978 OPS over his last 18 games. Everything is aligned for Doyle to get over this number against the left-handed Eduardo Rodriguez tonight.

Create a Pick Set
Create a Pick Set by choosing 2+ players from the same sport and Pick Group (a set of picks available from a group of set competitions). For each player, simply select if you think they’ll have more or less than their listed stat projection. In each Pick Set, you can not pick the same player twice, and you must pick players from at least two different teams.
Enter an Amount
Once you finalize your Pick Set, choose your entry fee amount. Your entries will be automatically distributed into available contests, subject to your confirmation.
Sweat Your Picks
When the games go live, use the My Picks tab to follow your picks in real time to track how your players are performing against their projections and how they stack up against other users.
Compete for Prizes
Make enough correct picks and win a share of the contests’ guaranteed prizes. Any prizes won will be credited to your DraftKings account after contests are finalized.
