The following players have been selected to the 2024 USA TODAY NETWORK All-New Jersey football offensive teams.

Owen O’Toole
Rumson-Fair Haven senior quarterback
A three-year starter, O’Toole led the Bulldogs to three consecutive NJSIAA Group 2 championship game appearances, capped by the 13-0 Group 2 championship season in 2024. He went 193-for-276 for 2,883 yards with 25 TD passes and four interceptions this season. O’Toole finished his career with 7,099 passing yards with 68 TD passes and 24 interceptions. He is the second quarterback in Shore Conference history to surpass 7,000 passing yards for a career.
Jalen Parker
Winslow sophomore quarterback
Parker threw for a program-record 2,916 yards and 43 touchdowns, helping lead the Eagles to their first-ever state Group 4 championship. He became just the second sophomore in state history to throw for 40 or more TDs in a single season. Parker recorded 200 or more passing yards in eight games this season and had multi-TD throws in 11 contests. He has delivered 64 touchdowns and 4,427 yards in just 21 career games.
Derek Zammit
DePaul junior quarterback
Zammit, a starter since midway through freshman year, led the Spartans (11-1) to their second Non-Public A title in three years. The 6-foot, 170-pounder passed 150-for-221 for 2,582 yards, 34 TDs and only four interceptions. He rushed 64 times for 560 yards and six scores. Zammit’s list of recruiters includes Boston College, Cincinnati, Duke, Illinois and Mississippi State.
Tylik Hill
Pope John senior running back
Hill rushed 314 times for 2,336 yards and 27 touchdowns for the Lions and provided a spark on Pope John’s run to the Non-Public B state final. Hill ran the offense in wildcat formations throughout the year and had nine games with at least 120 yards and a touchdown.
Nolan James
DePaul senior running back
James’ speed and strength made him North Jersey’s premier dual-threat running back. The 5-10, 185-pounder carried 243 times for 1,921 yards and 19 TDs. He had 27 receptions for 340 yards and three scores. He carried 29 times for 244 yards and two TDs in his 33-21, curtain-call win over Pope John in the Non-Public B championship. James is headed to Notre Dame.
Kenny Smith
Glassboro senior running back
Despite missing three games due to NJSIAA transfer rules, the senior ran wild over the 10 contests he played. Smith finished fifth in the state with 1,809 rushing yards on just 141 carries (12.8 ypc) and ran for 23 touchdowns. In his final scholastic game, he rushed for 402 yards and four touchdowns in the state Group 1 championship. Smith’s 5,383 career rushing yards is the second highest total in South Jersey history.
Abdul Turay
St. John Vianney sophomore running back
Turay led the state in both rushing yards with 2,517 and TDs with 37. He had eight games where he ran for more than 200 yards and four others where he ran for more than 100 yards as he helped lead St. John Vianney to the NJSIAA Non-Public B semifinal.
Lotzeir Brooks
Millville senior wide receiver
One of the most electrifying players in South Jersey history, the 5-foot-10, 175-pound Brooks left his legacy in the state record books with the most career receiving yards (4,615) and receiving touchdowns (67). His 506 career points are tops for a receiver in state history and his 223 career receptions ranks second. This season, the Alabama-bound Brooks finished with 54 catches for 1,260 yards and 16 touchdowns.
Sah’nye Degraffenreidt
Atlantic City senior wide receiver
At 6-foot-1, 210 pounds, “Ice Cup” Degraffenreidt put the heat on opposing defenses with his size, strength and highlight-reel catching skills. The Rutgers commit caught 44 passes for 804 yards and 12 touchdowns to go along with two rushing TDs and three special teams scores. His 37 career touchdown receptions are an Atlantic County record.
Quincy Porter
Bergen Catholic senior wide receiver
Porter is a two-time first-team selection whose size and speed make him a dangerous deep threat. Facing constant double-teams, the 6-4, 200-pounder had 57 receptions for 967 yards and 11 TDs, catching at least one score in eight games. Over three seasons, he had 145 receptions for 2,738 yards and 41 TDs. Porter will continue at Ohio State.
Phillip Folmar
Delbarton senior athlete
Folmar caught 55 passes for 936 yards and eight touchdowns for the Green Wave. Folmar also rushed for six touchdowns and finished his Delbarton career with 35 offensive touchdowns. In a 52-51 win over DePaul in October, Folmar returned a kickoff for a touchdown, caught a hail mary to force overtime and hauled in the game-winning touchdown in overtime.
Malachi Goodman
Paramus Catholic senior lineman
Goodman is a two-time first-team honoree and ranked the state’s top lineman by 24/7 Sports and Rivals.com. The Paladins (4-7) played one of the state’s toughest schedules, the offense was hampered by injuries to key skill players, and the 6-5, 315-pounder was the cornerstone for an attack that averaged more than 300 yards per game. Goodman is bound for Penn State.
Ja’Elyne Matthews
Toms River North senior lineman
Matthews, who has signed with Rutgers University, is a three-time All-State selection. Toms River North won the NJSIAA Group 5 championship each of the last three seasons and went 40-2 with 15 straight playoff wins and 39 straight wins against public schools during that time. The Mariners rushed for 2,413 yards and 34 TDs, threw for 2,470 yards and 30 TDs and compiled 4,883 yards of total offense and 64 TDs as Matthews led one of the Shore’s best offensive lines.
Chris Therien
Cherokee senior lineman
The 6-foot-6, 265-pound Therien was a rock on Cherokee’s offensive line, which helped pave the way for over 1,600 yards on the ground and provided protection for a passing game that topped 1,000 yards. A physical presence up front, Therien is headed to Villanova.
Michael Troutman
DePaul senior lineman
Troutman was a main ingredient in what was arguably the state’s premier offensive line. The 6-4, 285-pounder helped pave the way for a high-octane offense that averaged more than 450 yards per game for a team that averaged a North Jersey-leading 39.4 points per game and won the Non-Public B championship. Troutman will continue at Penn State.
Chris Vigna
Bergen Catholic senior lineman
Vigna was the top lineman for New Jersey’s top team in the USA TODAY New Jersey Super 25 rankings. The 6-5, 295-pounder was a force in leading the Crusaders to more than 2,000 yards rushing and 2,000 yards passing and a school-record fourth consecutive state title with a 25-7 win over Don Bosco. Vigna is staying home and playing for Rutgers.
Matthew Kilic
Camden Catholic senior kicker
The lefty-kicking Kilic nailed six of seven field goals this season, including four from beyond 40 yards with two from a career-best 47 yards. He converted 40 of 41 extra points and his strong leg also resulted in consistent touchbacks for the Irish.
