Several people are injured after a taxi struck pedestrians in Manhattan on Christmas Day, police said Wednesday.
The New York Police Department told USA TODAY the collision occurred at 34th St and 6th Ave. The first 911 call came in at 4:03 p.m.
Police could not confirm how many people were injured but said all victims are in stable condition.
The NYPD is investigating what caused the taxi to hit the pedestrians. No other details were immediately available Wednesday afternoon.
