P&G’s sales in America have grown faster than overseas since pandemic


A more sluggish economic recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic internationally – particularly in China and Asia – has noticeably slowed Procter & Gamble‘s international sales growth since 2020, even while U.S. sales grew by more than a quarter.

As a result, North America has captured a majority of P&G’s total sales in the past two years. In the last half-decade, North American has gone from generating 47% of total company sales to 52%.

And in the same period, sales in America alone have seen their share of total P&G sales rise from 44% of sales to 48%.
