Fans spot cameras, production gear

Lights, camera and smile! Fans spotted a lot of cameras, more than usual, coating the BC Place Stadium where Taylor Swift will spend her final Eras Tour stop.

Swifties began trickling into the Vancouver, Canada, arena around 4:30 p.m. PT. Concertgoers like Addy Miller observed at least two flyover cameras, a massive jib and signs warning about the use of drones.

Miller posted to X a series of photos. She captioned photo of a jib, a cinematic camera mounted on a crane, “This is so serious.”

Miller confirmed that areas of the floor were blocked off for production crews and cameras. It felt reminiscent of the Inglewood, California, shows that she attended where Swift shot the Eras Tour movie now available on Disney+.

TikTok user @christiancubacub shared a video of a camera dolly track.

“This is crazy,” the fan and LA-based photographer and videographer is heard saying in the video as he points to the track snaking around the stage left catwalk and ending at the diamond. In another video he shared, he said, “The Eras Tour Film 2 gonna be lit.”

Fans also noticed one of the VIP areas had been converted into a production area. They couldn’t miss it with a Travis Kelce Chiefs jersey hanging over gear. Boom microphones were also scattered around different areas of the audience.

This type of set up has not been seen at any of the international shows or Swift’s return to America in the fall.

Swift will wrap her epic Eras Tour on Sunday in Vancouver after traveling to five continents and performing more than 145 shows.
